The hotel is situated in a convenient location for Hajj, close to some amenities, but the room size was small for accommodating four beds. Although it's useful during Ramadan due to its proximity to Jamarat parking, there were challenges in communicating during the busy season, and transportation to Haram wasn't easy. The staff demonstrated excellent service, despite the initial issue of insisting on early payment contrary to reservation policies.
